Miller elected to national Red Angus board
Kevin Miller of Briggsdale, Colo., was elected to the Red Angus Association of America (RAAA) Board of Directors’ position for District 3- Rocky Mountain at the National Red Angus Convention in Springfield, Mo.
Miller and his wife Sallie, are partners with her parents in Croissant Red Angus. They have one daughter, Alisa, who is six.
Kevin graduated from Colorado State University (CSU) with a B.S. in Animal Science and then an M.S. in Management Systems where he focused on applied reproduction and the cost benefits of artificial insemination.
Miller worked with large and small commercial cow-calf operations, a heifer development facility, and the CSU research facility before becoming a partner in Croissant Red Angus. He presently serves on the Red Angus Strategic Planning, Marketing and Convention committees.
Miller is also active locally with the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association as a member of the endangered species committee. He is a member of the Briggsdale FFA Advisory committee and he serves as a board member for the Weld County Livestock Association and the Red Angus Association of Colorado.
