My Favorite Recipes 1-19

Bella Vista, Arkansas

1 lb. Pork sausage

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Refrigerated

crescent rolls

1 c. Frozen hash browns,

thawed

1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese,

shredded

5 Eggs, beaten

1/4 c. Milk

1/2 t. Salt

1/2 t. Pepper

3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Pimiento, optional

Fresh oregano, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown sausage then drain off fat and set aside.

Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

Place with elongated points toward center of greased 12-inch pizza pan then press to form a crust, seal perforations.

Spoon sausage over dough.

Sprinkle with hash browns and cheddar cheese.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper then pour over sausage mixture.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake an addional 5 minutes.

Garnish with pimento and oregano is desired.
