NCWCD fills board vacancy, reappoints others to board
Sue Ellen Harrison has been appointed to replace Ruth Wright on the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District board of directors representing Boulder County. Wright recently retired after serving 15 years on the board. She will serve the remaining year of Wright’s term.
Harrison is an environmental attorney with more than 30 years experience.
In addition to Harrison, three board members were re-appointed to four-year terms, including Les Williams of Boulder County, Bill Emslie of Larimer County and John Rusch, who represents Morgan and Washington counties.
