, 66, of Fort Collins, Colo., died on July 8, 2007.

He was born Jan. 28, 1941, in Akron, Iowa, to Richard M. and Agnes (Granquist) Bean. He attended schools in Akron, Iowa, Wayne State in Wayne, Neb., and Business College in Minneapolis, Minn.

On July 6, 1962, he married Carol Lucken in Akron, Iowa.

Bob achieved many professional awards during his career in retail as a salesman, store manager, district manager and in business ownership. He was instrumental in establishing Rocky Mountain Antiques in Loveland.

Bob’s interests included fishing, hunting, sports, and the thrill of a great trade, but the passion of his life was his family and friends.

Bob is survived by his wife, Carol; two sons: Mike and wife Deb of Fort Collins, and Brian and wife Maura of Loveland, Colo.; one daughter, Cassie and husband Gaylen Baker of Fort Collins; six grandchildren: Bob, Gus, Jessica, and Megan Bean, and Cole and Rachel Baker. He is also survived by his Aunt Marie Willer of Sioux City, Iowa, and Uncle John D. Rounds of Tucson, Ariz.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sandi Hudek.

Funeral Services were held in Fort Collins on July 13, 2007. Interment took place at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Collins.
