Painter of Outlaws
Grand Junction, Colo.

Jim Miller of Grand Junction, Colo., was always a history buff, and painting has been his hobby for years. So the two interests came together nicely when writers requested paintings of western outlaws and not just a reprint of a “Wanted” poster for their articles or books.
Miller’s favorite outlaw character is Butch Cassidy, whose real name was Robert Leroy Parker. He was known for robbing banks and trains, but, on the other hand, could be nice, especially to children.
