1-1/2 c. Sugar

1 c. Dairy sour cream

1/2 c. Butter, soft

3 Eggs

1-1/2 Bananas, mashed

2 t. Vanilla

Vanilla Glaze:

2 c. Powdered sugar

1/4 c. Butter

1-1/2 t. Vanilla

2 Tbsp. Hot water

Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs with the mixer on low. Beat in bananas and vanilla, mixing for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and mix for one minute. Pour into loaf pans and bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Combine all the vanilla glaze ingredients together until smooth. Spread over bread and serve.
