4 eggs, beaten

1 onion, chopped

1-1/2 c. bread crumbs

1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup

4 c. chicken, cooked & chopped

4 c. chicken broth

salt & pepper

1 pkg. powdered chicken gravy mix

Combine eggs, onion, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, soup, parsley and about 2 cups broth to moisten; place all in greased 9×13″ pan. Place cubed cooked chicken on top. Make gravy of remaining chicken broth, cornstarch and chicken gravy mix; pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes until set.
