Plains Edition Recipes for 1-22-11

1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. parsley
2 c. precooked rice
1-1/4 c. milk
In large skillet heat oil. Add pork chops and cook until brown. Add soup, milk, ranch mix and spices. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
