Plains Edition Recipes for 1-8-11

2 c. orange juice
6 oz. pkg. orange Jello
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. fresh blueberries
Bring orange juice to a boil. Add Jello and sugar. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Add buttermilk & stir well. Fold in blueberries. Pour in 6 cup oiled mold or pan. Refrigerate until set.
