1 Pineapple, fresh, peeled, cored, cut into 1-inch chunks

4 Gala apples, cored, cut into 1-inch chunks

4 Pears, cored, cut into 1-inch pieces

4 Bananas, peeled, sliced into 1-1/2-inch pieces

1 (8 oz) jar Marachino cherries

1 c. Canola oil

Take four steel skewers and build kabobs by alternating pineapple, apples, pears, bananas and cherries. Brush with a light coat of canola oil on all sides. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook on lower rack, turning frequently, for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and place on serving plate then dust with powdered sugar.
