From the kitchen of: Paula Nelson, Tryon, Neb.

2 lb. ground ham

2 lb. lean pork

2 c. soft bread crumbs

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1 c. milk

1/2 c. onion, finely chopped

Lightly mix and form balls – approx. 32. Place in shallow pan in a single layer.

Sauce:

2 (8 or 9 oz.) cans crushed pineapple

2-2/3 c. catsup

2/3 c. vinegar

1/4 c. soy sauce

1 c. brown sugar

1 Tbsp. ginger

Mix sauce ingredients and cover meat with sauce. Baste occasionally. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
