Plains Edition Recipes for 5-22-10

any size roast (slit pockets in meat)

1 clove garlic



1 can mushrooms

2 cans mushroom soup



1 can celery soup

1 can water

1 pkg. onion soup mix

potatoes & carrots

Cut up garlic and put in pockets in meat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Add potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle top with onion soup mix. Bake at 350˚ until everything is done – check meat with cooking thermometer. Note: Cover with foil while baking.
