Plains Edition Recipes for 6-25-11

1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
dash pepper
(2) 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
8 oz. pkg. noodles
(6) green onions
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
grated cheddar cheese for topping
Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook noodles. Drain. Mix with sour cream and cut up cream cheese. Spray 9″ square pan. Add half of noodles; then half the meat. Repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
