Plains Edition Recipes for 7-16-11

From the kitchen of: Sandy Walker, Papillion, Neb.

1 c. baking mix (Bisquick or similar)

1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded



2 tsp. mustard (yellow or spicy)

1/2 tsp. parsley



6 eggs, beaten

1 lb. sausage (turkey or pork), cooked & drained

Mix all ingredients in large bowl; cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
