(4) Boneless chicken breasts

(8) slices of bacon

1 lg. onion, sliced

1/4 c. brown sugar

1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove and drain. In same pan, add chicken and onion then cook until chicken is done. (Sprinkle seasonings on chicken prior to cooking.) When chicken is done remove. Drain excess bacon grease and add brown sugar to onions and caramelize. Place chicken on plate, put two pieces of bacon on top; divide onions among chicken equally. Top with cheese divided equally. Put in microwave until cheese is melted.
