Plains Edition Recipes for 7-9-11

10-1/2 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken or turkey, diced or shredded
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (12 count)
Combine soup, chicken, milk, pimiento and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until mixture is heated thoroughly. Serve over hot biscuits baked as directed on label. Makes 4-6 servings.
