4 qts. ripe tomatoes, skinned, sliced and put on to boil

4 onions, chopped

4 red peppers, chopped

2 green peppers, chopped

6 apples, chopped fine

1 c. vinegar

2 Tbsp. salt

1 tsp. cloves

2 c. sugar

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Cook over low heat until no juice is left on top. Stir often. Put into pint jars and seal while hot.
