1/2 c. onion, finely chopped

1/2 c. celery, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c. sour cream

1/4 tsp. black pepper

2 jars sliced mushrooms, drained

1 can sweet peas, drained

2 c. cooked macaroni, rinsed & drained

Saute onion and celery in skillet coated with non-stick spray for 6 to 8 minutes, Stir in soup, sour cream and pepper. Add mushrooms and peas. Mix well to combine. Fold in macaroni. Simmer 6 to 8 minutes. Serves 6.
