6 yellow summer squash, diced

1 lg. yellow onion, sliced



1/2 c. (2 oz.) low-fat shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz. can low-sodium tomato sauce



1/4 tsp. salt, optional

Preheat oven to 350°. Steam squash and onion together about 4 minutes or until tender. Arrange vegetables in a casserole dish. Mix in cheese, tomato sauce and salt. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
