1/2 c. white sugar

1 c. brown sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 c. butter

1 heaping c. pinto beans, mashed

1 tsp. vanilla

1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked

Blend sugars, eggs and butter until creamy. Add beans, spices and vanilla; blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes at 375˚; reduce heat to 350˚ and bake an additional 25 minutes or until done.
