Rocky Mountain Fence Post Recipes 2-19-11

From the kitchen of: Sandy Walker, Papillion, Neb.

2-1/2 c. pretzels, broken

2 c. corn Chex cereal

1-1/2 c. M&M’s

1/2 c. butter

1/3 c. creamy peanut butter

5 c. miniature marshmallows

In large bowl combine pretzels, corn Chex and M&M’s. In large sauce pan, over low heat combine butter and peanut butter. Add marshmallows. Stir. Pour smooth mixture over dry mixture. Stir to coat well. Press into well-greased 9×13″ pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
