3 (15.5 oz) cans Great Northern Beans, rinsed, drained

4 c. Water

2 (15.5 oz) cans Garbanzo Beans, rinsed, drained

1 pkg. Frozen Corn

1 can Tomatoes, crushed or diced, undrained

1 can Bean and Bacon Soup

1 can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained

1 Onion

1 Tbsp. Dried Cilantro

1 Tbsp. Dried Parsley

1 t. Ground Cumin

2 Bay Leaves

Combine the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Discard bay leaves. Sprinkle with cheese.
