Rocky Mountain Recipes 12-12-11
1 c. Butter
1-1/2 c. White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
3 c. Flour
1/2 t. Baking Soda
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour and soda. Mix well. Chill for 3 to 4 hours. Roll out onto a floured surface. (Roll thin) Cut with cookie cutter. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly brown around edges. Cool and frost with thin icing.
