4 Egg Yolks

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 c. Key Lime Juice

1 Egg White, beaten

1 Pie Crust, baked

Combine egg yolks, milk and key lime juice. Fold beaten egg white into mixture. Pour into baked pie crust. Make meringue from egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar. Beat until stiff. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is golden brown. Shut off oven and leave in oven for 30 minutes.
