Salt and pepper

3 Tbsp. Butter or margarine

1 Tbsp. Salt

3 Canned pimentos, rubbed through sieve

2 Tbsp. Flour

Season wings with salt and pepper to taste. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter. Add salt, onion, garlic and boiling water to cover. Cook until chicken wings are tender. Remove to serving dish and thicken with butter and flour cooked together. Serves 3 to 4.
