Rocky Mountain Recipes 2-7-11
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1/4 c. Onion, chopped
1 c. Shell Macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (10-3/4 oz) can Tomato Soup
1 (10-1/2 oz) can Vegetable Soup
2 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 slices Bread Cubes
1 Tbsp. Margarine
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Cook shell macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir in undiluted soups and onion mix. Put in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Saute cubed bread in margarine and add to the top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields: 8 servings
