1 lb. Ground Pork

2 t. Lemon Juice

4 Tbsp. Butter

4 Tbsp. Flour

2 c. Whole Milk

Buttered Bread Crumbs

Cook eggs in water for 15 minutes and cool. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks then mash. Brown ground pork and cool. Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix with egg yolks. Stuff egg whites with yolk-sausage mixture. Place eggs in greased baking dish. Cover with a white sauce made with butter, flour, milk and salt and pepper. Add grated onion and apple cider. Pour sauce over eggs. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a 300 degree preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
