1-1/2 lb. Ground beef

1 Onion, chopped

1 pkg. Coleslaw cabbage

1/2 c. Carrots, shredded

Salt and pepper to taste

Tater tots (frozen)

Brown hamburger and onion together, then drain. Add cabbage mix and stir well. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes. Stir mixture well and pour into baking dish. Cover with a single layer of tater tots. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
