Rocky Mountain Recipes 5-25-09

1 lb. Ground beef

1 can Tomato soup

1/2 c. Salsa



1/2 c. Water

6 Tortillas, cut into 1-inch squares



3/4 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Brown beef and drain then return to skillet. Add tomato soup, salsa, water and tortillas. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Stir in cheese and serve.
