4 lbs. Bone-in Pork Ribs

1 bottle Chili Sauce

1 jar Plum Preserves



1/2 c. Soy Sauce

1/4 t. Hot Pepper Sauce, optional



Place ribs in 2 ungreased 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pans. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes; drain. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside 3/4 cup for serving. Brush ribs with some of the remaining sauce. Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until ribs are tender, turning and basting frequently with sauce. Serve with the remaining sauce. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
