Brown sausage and pour off dripping. Add onions, celery, green peppers and garlic. Simmer until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Yields 6-8 servings.
