Soak tomatoes in water with 1 teaspoon salt for 30 minutes. Mix flour, cornmeal, seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper. Dip tomatoes in flour mixture. Put 1/4 cube butter in skillet and heat to 350 degrees. Put tomatoes in and brown well on both sides.
