1/2 lb. Fresh mushrooms, sliced

4 Tomatoes, sliced

1 small Cucumber, sliced

4 c. Chicken, cooked, cut in small pieces

1/4 c. Walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped

3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. Mustard

2 Tbsp. Chutney

4 to 6 Tbsp. Sour cream

Salt and pepper

Combine lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber, chicken and walnuts. Blend mayonnaise and mustard together. Add chutney and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve dressing with salad.
