6 Zucchini

1 lb. Sausage

1 Onion, chopped



2 Stalks Celery, chopped

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Brown sausage with onion and celery. Stuff the boats and place in baking pan with small amount of water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
