1 c. Sugar

3 Tbsp. Corn starch

1-1/2 c. Water

2 drops Red food coloring

1 (3 oz) pkg. Strawberry gelatin

1 qt. Strawberries, sliced

8 oz Whipped topping

In a medium saucepan, mix sugar and corn starch together. Add water and stir in food coloring then boil over medium heat until mixture coats a spoon, stirring occasionally. Remove from and stir in strawberry gelatin until dissolved and mixture becomes the consistency of pudding. Fold in strawberries and pour into prepared pie shell. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with whipped topping.
