1 c. Taco Cheese

2 (10 inch) Round Flour Tortillas

Heat tortillas in skillet over medium heat. Flip over and cover with 1/2 c. of vegetable blend and 1/2 c. of cheese. Fold over and heat about 2 minutes each side. Repeat for second tortilla. Serve immediately.
