Rocky Mountain Reipes 4-4-11

2 lbs. Ground Beef

2 (12 oz) cans Tomato Sauce

2 (16 oz) cans Tomato Paste

2 t. Italian Seasonings

1 (8 oz) pkg. Lasagna Noodles

2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

1 (28 oz) can Whole tomatoes

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Dash of Garlic Powder

Cook ground beef and drain fat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a dash of garlic powder. Let mixture simmer while noodles are cooking in large pan. In a large baking dish, place a layer of noodles, layer of sauce, layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and a layer of cottage cheese. Repeat.
