Second round of disaster grants available
The second round of disaster recovery grants are available to help businesses through the Agriculture Business Grant Program.
Grant amounts are $15,000 to $150,000 and the application deadline is Jan. 20.
Financial assistance is available for disaster-related expenses up to one year after the flood or fire for: operational expenses such as hay or feed, livestock or crop related expenses, equipment insurance, etc.; disaster-related construction projects such as fencing, barns and outbuildings, pasture restoration, irrigation pond cleanout, land leveling, debris removal, etc.
