Weld Co. Cattlewomen offer scholarship

Weld County Cattlewomen Association
The Weld County Cattlewomen Association plans to award a $1000 scholarship this year to a college junior or senior this fall. The recipient must be a Weld County resident attending either a college or trade school with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Each applicant must submit two letters of reference and a brief biographical statement that includes the following information:
– work history
– community involvement
– college activities
– future goals
– brief statement on “How I could positively influence the beef industry with my chosen major.”

Application deadline is April 15. The winner will be notified by May 15.
