West Greeley Conservation District Names District Manager
West Greeley Conservation District has named Joyce Wallace as their new District Manager. Joyce comes to the District after serving nearly twenty years as an Agriculture Education educator in Arizona and California, and Extension Agent for Colorado State University. She has worked in the water industry and has deep family roots in cattle ranching, farming and horse breeding and training. During her career she was named outstanding individual Natural Resource Educator for the Colorado State 4-H program, as well serving on the state wide water education campaign for California. Joyce resides in Greeley.
