Wranglers recruiting new members
If you are a person that likes to work hard and play hard, and are interested in serving your community, then you might be the right person to be a Stampede Wrangler!
The Greeley Stampede is rich in tradition and heritage dating back to the late 1800s. This community celebration that began to honor local potato farmers has since grown into an internationally acclaimed festival, attracting close to 450,000 people annually.
The Wranglers Inc. is a support group for the Greeley Stampede. The Wrangler organization started out as a handful of members in 1977 and currently has over 300 active members.
The Wrangler organization is currently looking for hard working individuals to help put on the Greeley Stampede. Wranglers must be 18 years of age, be willing to volunteer at least a few hours during Northern Colorado’s largest event and be ready to become a part of the Wrangler family.
Members do not have to have a “country” background or livestock experience. In fact, rodeo is only one of the many areas that members volunteer to work. Wranglers help with security, parades, concessions, parking and night shows just to name a few of the areas. There is just about something for everyone.
The Stampede Wrangler organization is now accepting applications for memberships. Collect the Stampede Experience and be a part of the World’s Largest 4th of July Rodeo & Western Celebration this summer!
