Lawerence Eugen Donnelly (Larry) Passed away January 11 in his home with his wife , his son and his dog beside him..
Born in Alma Ks. In 1941, the 3rd child of Juleus ( Dude) and Mary Donnelly, Larry was the third oldest of 13 children.
Larry grew up, went to school, and graduated high school in Cheyenne Wells Colo. He attended Jr. College at Donnelly College in Kansas City, Kansas. After graduation he enrolled at Denver University in Denver Co.
He met his wife Anna Marie while living in the same apartment building.
Larry and Anna Marie were married on the 6th 0f February at 6:00 in the evening 1966..
When they moved to Delta Co., Larry worked on a ranch, until 1979.
He and his family moved to Montrose Co. where he worked at various jobs, mostly heavy equipment operators.
For many years Larry would arrive at the coffee shop at 6:00 in the morning and usually be the first one there.
Larry was always an avid reader, loved riding horses, and later fishing.

His wife Anna Marie, his daughter Colleen McRoberts and her spouse Sean, his son Clay and his wife Heather and their sons Carter and Collin.
He is preceded in death by his son Michael and his daughter Tempest.
