Comments:
It was a pleasant day south of Ansley, Neb., for the annual Ostrand Angus production sale. The sale offering consisted of a stout set of yearling bulls and a fancy set of open heifers ready to go into the replacement pen. The offering also featured the first sons to sell of Connealy Merritt, a top-notch herd sire that checks all of the boxes for both maternal and carcass traits. The crowd was one of the largest the program has welcomed to the ranch and the cattle were well received. Congratulations to the entire Ostrand family on a great day.
