Rollins, Hoskins in Texas Friday to open sterile fly facility 

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and Agriculture Undersecretary for Marketing and Regulatory Programs Dudley Hoskins will travel to Texas Friday for the groundbreaking of USDA’s domestic sterile fly production facility to protect the U.S. cattle herd from the New World screwworm. 

The groundbreaking of the USDA Animal Plant Health Inspection Service sterile fly production facility will take place at Moore Air Base Facility in Edinburg, Texas.
