Colorado Cattlemen’s Ag Water NetWORK will host a webinar focused on Colorado’s new Dredge and Fill Rules (Regulation 87) at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

If you divert water from a stream, river, canal or ditch, this webinar will help you understand Colorado’s new dredge and fill regulation and how it applies to your system. You will gain clarity on the agricultural exemptions and exclusions in the regulation. Permitting details and fees for situations where a permit (ie. authorization) is required will also be covered.

Presenter: Scott Garncarz, work group lead for the Dredge and Fill Protection Unit, Water Quality Control Division, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
