Colorado Agriculture Forum to convene industry leaders in Westminster

WESTMINSTER, Colo. — Agricultural leaders from across the state will gather for the Colorado Agriculture Forum on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, at The Westin Westminster, for a day focused on collaboration, policy discussion, and strengthening the future of Colorado agriculture.

Hosted by the Colorado Agricultural Leadership Program, the forum brings together producers, industry professionals, policymakers and advocates to explore key issues facing Colorado agriculture and highlight the resilience of the state’s agricultural community.

The event will feature a keynote address by Xochitl Torres Small, former Deputy Secretary of Agriculture (U.S. Department of Agriculture 2023–2025), along with an Ag Policy Panel including:



·  Erin Karney Spaur, executive vice president, Colorado Cattlemen’s Association

·  Tyler Garrett, associate CEO, Rocky Mountain Farmers Union



·  Robert Sakata, acting commissioner, Colorado Department of Agriculture

Attendees will have the opportunity to network with agricultural professionals, hear from industry leaders, and engage in discussions surrounding policy, sustainability and the future of Colorado agriculture.

A networking reception will also be held the evening prior on Feb. 25, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Terra Building at CSU Spur Campus.

The Colorado Ag Forum is produced by class members from the Colorado Agricultural Leadership Program Class 17.
