Donald Max Howell of Bennett, Colo., passed away April 24, 2019. He was 84 years old.

Donald was born in Yuma, Colo., on May 11, 1934, to Jake and Ruth (Jewell) Howell. He spent his childhood in Yuma, moved to Otis, and eventually moved to Bennett.

He was a machinist by profession and also a buyer for auctions. Donald enjoyed coin collecting, video poker, cars, garage sales and taking drives anywhere. He especially loved spending time with his family.

Donald is survived by his two daughters Regina Prebble of Thornton and Joni (Richard) Wells of Bennett. Donald is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on May 4, 2019, at Mountain View Fellowship in Strasburg, Colo., services followed.
